If you receive damaged or defective merchandise please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your items and we will rectify the issue.
We only offer store credit in the form of an E- gift card for returns. Refunds in the original form of payment are not offered.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding sizing and fit to help you make the best selections possible. We have new arrivals coming in every week and are sure we can help you find something new if your original purchase does not work out.
To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Once your return is approved a prepaid postage label and packaging slip with be emailed to you. Please include all approved items for return with the packaging slip in the same package. Use the provided postage label to send the item(s) back to us. Once your return is processed an E-gift card will be emailed to you.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will be notified via email.
- Please allow 5-8 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- A $6 postage charge will be deducted from the amount of return issued to E-Gift Card
